Spring is here! Nathan 20 months!

 

  Ah, Spring is here!

 Spring is Momma's favorite time of year. I am so glad its warming up again so we can comfortably play in the backyard more. :-) You love, love, love being outside. We had such a great time relaxing and working in the backyard a couple weekends ago. You ran your bubble mower all around while your Daddy mowed our super tall grass. Your favorite thing to do in the backyard is play with your girls, Goldie mostly. You love teasing her and hiding her ball or just running with it. She is so obsessed with her ball that she will follow you all around the yard until you trip, or throw it or I intervene. Its really funny to watch even though teasing poor Goldie is kinda mean.

Kiss Me I'm Irish!

 We had a good appointment for Liam. 24 weeks already!!! He will be here so soon. The doc even let us have a sonogram since the room wasn't being used. We got to watch him hiccup all during the sonogram, it was so cute! Momma is still feeling pretty good, but having trouble sleeping at night. Liam likes to party about when I settle down and then my legs and feet bother me. Thankfully there are nights when its not an issue so I catch up then. You are still doing great in your converted crib bed. I found bedding for you and Liam with cars and trucks and planes. I can't wait till next month when you get your new toddler bed, you are growing up so quickly! 

Liam- 24 weeks!

 I can definitely tell you are listening to me and your Daddy more. You hate going to your room for time out and it seems to be working as a punishment. Mostly you hate to disappoint us so we can correct pretty quickly. You are still our big helper. You love helping Momma vacuum, dust, sweep and do laundry.  I think the only issue we have right now is you whining. I know that is pretty common for your age, but we still keep on you and remind you to use your words or act like a big boy.

Your talking has increased a ton! I call you my little parrot because you repeat everything we say. It may not all be understandable but you do communicate well. You like to invert your words which I think is interesting. If it starts with an S you will end it with an S. Same goes for words that end in M, you will start them with M. I wonder how long that will go on? I always try to say the word correctly so I think you will catch on soon. My big boy! I am so shocked how grown up you are already.

A little brother for Nate & 19 months old!!!

A lot has been happening these past few months, its hard to keep the blog up to date! First off good news, we got a new camera! It's a Nikon 3100 and we are having a ball with it! No more picture less posts :)

Coloring Valentines

We had a wonderful Valentines Day this year. You made your grand and great grand parents valentines that we mailed together. Momma got up early and made you and Daddy special orange rolls in the shape of hearts.  Plus you had a valentine surprise waiting for you at the table, a red Valentine monkey.

You have also done so well with the crib conversion. You love your freedom! You get in and out of bed so well and naps have been harder, but I think you prefer the bed to the crib.  Such a big boy! Daddy also made you a new bookcase to house all your favorite things, books and toys! He did such a good job, and I like that the humidifier is up higher so you don't mess with it.

And lastly, you are getting a little brother! Little Liam will be here at the beginning of July and we can't wait to meet him! He is just as active as you were inside my belly. Lots of kicks and movement, so another healthy active boy on the way! Your Daddy and I are so excited to give you a little brother. We have great hopes you will be pals and best friends.
